I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of the industry through continued education, ensuring that I bring the latest trends and techniques to each client. Whether for weddings, special events, or everyday elegance, my commitment to excellence shines through in every style I create.

    I am a passionate, warmhearted, friendly stylist and I love my career! I take pride in my work and my attention to detail. I also value continuing my education. I learn something new every day as this industry continues to evolve. I believe in a thorough consultation, whether it’s your first time in my chair or your 700th. I enjoy so many things about this industry, but what pleases me the most is watching my clients light up when they have been transformed! Whether it’s a subtle change or a dramatic makeover, I never get tired of their reaction. Confidence is beautiful! Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband and our three boys. I have one granddaughter, who is the absolute light of my life. I’m an avid mountain biker, swimmer, and hiker and I feed my soul and recharge in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

    Hair Talk:

    An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience- I specialize in flowing precision cuts, styles and color tailored to your specific needs.  As a solid mix of artist + nerd - doing hair for me is the junction of science, math +  art! I love the chemistry of mixing custom color, the geometry of a well executed cut and the artistic vision that pulls it all together. My goal is to work with your hair not against it, and most importantly for you to be able to do it! Together we’ll get you feeling confident and gorgeous while respecting your time and budget.     What’s in a name?

    It was important to me to find a name for the shop that reflects my values and vision.  As a lover of family, community, creativity, nature, yoga, psychology and art - Flō was born. Flo was my amazing Grammy’s name, reflects the rhythm in nature, the vinyasa of yoga, the ideal mental state in psychology, the ebbs and flows of life - all of which are my deepest inspiration for creativity + art.

  • Hair Color Specialist

    Hi, my name is Nikki, and I grew up in Littleton, CO. I am a married, mother of two. I have a girl and a boy, born 10 years apart. Although the age gap has its challenges, it’s also one of the most beautiful things I have lived through. My daughter starts high school next fall, and my son is in daycare. Both my husband and I work fulltime, and he provides a solid support system for our family.

    I started my career in this industry at 16, working as a receptionist at a local salon. During this time, I was also taking beauty school courses and graduated high school as a licensed cosmetologist. I quickly found my passion was in color. I have always enjoyed the creative side of this business and I feel I can provide the best service for my clients by sharing this talent. I have been doing color for 26 years and I love to watch as the trends continue to evolve. I use a mix of old and new practices, always working to find the perfect blend of services for each one of my clients. I use Kevin Murphy Color, it’s one of the more natural and versatile product lines. I consider it a “cleaner line”, which is not loaded with harsh chemicals.

    I love my job and it never feels like I am going to work. I get to spend my days with co-workers who I truly consider some of my closest friends and family. I have been blessed to spend my entire career with some of these women. We are all willing to help and encourage each other, whether it be with a service, or with advice in our personal lives.

    In my free time, I enjoy CrossFit, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. I am grateful for where my life has landed and look forward to what’s in store for the future!

    Hi, I’m Marissa, and I grew up in Centennial, Colorado. I am married and have a beautiful daughter. She loves for me to do her hair when I get home from work. I love photography, face painting, hiking, and being outdoors with my family as much as possible. Also, I work as a security guard as a side hobby.

    I have been working in this industry for over 17 years. I earned my cosmetology license from Empire Beauty School but doing hair is something I knew came naturally to me since 7th grade. I was raised in a big family, so I had lots of practice growing up. Working is my passion and I love what I do!

    I believe my creativity and eye for detail has helped me become a seasoned hairstylist. I am dedicated to transforming my clients' vision into a stunning reality. I specialize in cutting and styling for men, women, and children. My other specialties include, women’s custom coloring and vivid colors, braiding and updos.

    Hi, I’m Denise. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and I have over 30 years of experience with hair, makeup, and beauty. 10 years ago, I also found myself deeply involved in Denver’s up-and-coming fashion industry. I am passionate about food, and I consider myself a restaurant connoisseur. I am an experienced traveler and I have visited places across the globe. I also enjoy all things arts and crafts related.

    Over 30 years, I have become well-versed in cutting and styling hair for men, women, and children. I also specialize in curly hair treatments, tape-in extensions, perms, color, high and lowlights, as well as balayage, blowouts, and up-dos.

    Hi, my name is Joleen. I have been in the hair industry since 1997. I am a Colorado native, and I have no plans to leave! I have two kids, who are both in college. I love spending my free time with family and friends. I love traveling outside of Colorado, but the mountains are my happy place!

    Over the years, I have taken numerous hairstyling classes and certifications, but my favorites were at The Soho Aveda Institute in New York City and a Tlgi class in Nebraska. Communication is a foundational piece for a great relationship with your hairdresser. I strive daily to always continue to grow! I am so grateful to have settled at Flo after 27 years at my former salon. The change has been fantastic for my creativity. The positivity amongst my co-workers and the overall atmosphere at Flo makes me love what I do even more.

    I feel extremely lucky to have a career that I love and that I can make people feel good daily.

    Hi, my name is Amanda and I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of the Flo family for 15 years! Outside of the salon, I am a proud mother of three beautiful daughters. They all graciously allowed me to experiment with cute hairstyles on them. My journey with hair began at a young age with some patience and grace from my family. My mom and sisters always allowed me to experiment and craft up-dos for special occasions. It was in those moments that I discovered the true extent of my creativity. To date, I’ve had the privilege of styling over 200 weddings and special occasions; each one has been a unique canvas for my artistry.

    I specialize in women’s haircuts and color. Over the years, I’ve developed a particular love for balayage, lived-in color, and creating stunning blondes. My approach to hairstyling is rooted in my belief in enhancing natural beauty. I love to empower my clients with total hair transformations.

    I have an innate understanding of color, texture, and shape. I take this knowledge and craft looks that not only enhance but reflect my client’s personality and lifestyle.     Hi, I’m Tammie. I am a mom of two beautiful girls and a Colorado native. I’ve been a hairstylist and colorist since 2012. I also studied graphic design and still play with it here and there. I believe my background in art has provided me with an understanding and knowledge of how best to approach every client as a blank canvas. It’s my role to help my clients look and feel good, but I also want them to be able to easily duplicate their look at home. From classic to modern, natural to pink, I have colored and cut it all!

    I am an Ouidad Certified Stylist, or “curly hair specialist”. Not all curls are created equal, and I am here to help guide you through the ins and outs of cutting and styling curly hair. I am confident that when you leave my chair, you will have a better understanding on how to maintain your curl, tame the frizz, and love your locks again. This is my promise to you!

    I am also Keratin Complex Certified. I love educating my clients on the effects of Keratin treatments and helping them get their hair structure back on track.
